Continuing an abandoned endeavor |
We have recently hit the half way point for this project and I will be posting another image of the improvements of my fingerings. The videos show what I have done the week before. I have been practicing as much as possible and I have clearly grown in skill. I have a new goal and that will be to be able to play a song with both the cords and the notes. I am having a little trouble with this but if i put the time into it, I can possibly do it.

With being as young as I am, I know a lot about music. Music just comes natural to me and I love it a lot, so when it gets tough I become upset and not long ago I got too upset and stopped teaching myself guitar. I now will be continuing that personal lesson and I won't stop until I have accomplished my goals. I am setting a personal schedule so that I may know what to do and when. When this 12 week project is completed, I would like to have learned the basics of guitar, that being notes, chords, and rhythms. I would also like to be able to play songs and tunes because I have learned all the basics. I will be doing a little each week and will be progressing at a pace that I think is suitable for me. At the beginning, middle and end of this project I will have pictures of my finger and guitar positions. I will also every week have a short video about my progressions and what I have learned the passed 5 days. Feel free to comment on any of my posts. I will welcome any feedback because that will help me grow in my guitar skills and will also help me grow in my capability to take data and implement it in my work.

I have a natural musical talent and know many things about music. But I still have times when I get too stressed out and sometimes I stop. I am going back now to relearn the guitar, and I won't give up this time. ArchivesCategories |
